Poorly made

This purse is engineered completely wrong. The handle attached to the top and the weak magnet and no zipper makes the purse fall completely open and everything can fall out if you are not paying attention. Does not matter what you put in the purse this happens. Completely useless.

Aldo Cyphert Bag (Small Size)

Originally, I'd purchased this purse in the Medium size and was very disappointed. After only a week, the interior pocket for cell phone & accessories began to tear away from the lining. Upon realizing I couldn't mend the seam without ruining the bag, I returned the bag to an ALDO store. I ended up exchanging the Medium size bag for the smaller version and thus far, am pleased with this size. The other review stated the issue with the magnets and I too agree that the magnets are weak in comparison to other bags I have owned. The small bag is less of a hassle with the magnet and the smaller size prevents over-stuffing the bag.
Pros : the attachable long strap, small handle for carrying, expandable sides, synthetic leather, sleek overall look of the bag (available in the basic solid colors)
Cons : no pockets on the outside of the bag, weak magnets (in Medium size, the bag is difficult to keep closed - too much bag, not enough magnet)

this bag is my go to staple for all my outfits, i love it and i dont have any problems with the magnet or it opening suddenly. it perfect!!!
